"Suspended Breath," Acrylic paint on canvas, 50 cm x 50 cm

"My work explores inner conflict as something lived through the body — often quiet, persistent, and unresolved. Rather than depicting confrontation or opposition outwardly, I focus on moments of inner tension: where weight is carried, breath is held, and movement is delayed.

Through figurative and abstract imagery, I explore states of endurance, anticipation, and vulnerability. Conflict appears not as a dramatic rupture, but as a sustained pressure — physical, emotional, or psychological — that asks to be acknowledged rather than escaped.

For me, art becomes a space where this tension can be held without resolution. By giving form to heaviness, pause, and inner strain, the work offers a moment of release through recognition: allowing conflict to exist, breathe, and be seen. These moments of engagement with inner tension ultimately illuminate pathways toward reflection and, subtly, inner peace."
